The Heritage Club

(Senior members 50+) The Heritage Club’s purpose is to provide fellowship and support, in addition to exercise for the mind, body and soul. Typical activities include Bible studies, field trips to National Trust locations or the seaside. Lunch is a firm fixture of the Heritage Club sessions, and is often followed by valuable times of fellowship, and the occasional sing-song!

What Is The Heritage Club?

The Heritage Club is a weekly social meeting held primarily at Trinity Church, Brentwood, Essex, where older people can meet together for times of Christian fellowship.

Fellowship and Support

The Heritage Club’s purpose is to provide fellowship and support, in addition to exercise for the mind, body and soul. The group meets every Tuesday 11.30am followed by Lunch at 12.30 throughout the year and at varying times of day, depending on the activities planned. Typical activities include Bible studies, field trips to National Trust locations or the seaside. Art lessons are a favourite of many in the group, in addition to indoor bowls and keep fit classes. The activities held on the Trinity Church premises are free of charge.

Lunch is a firm fixture of the Heritage Club sessions, and is often followed by valuable times of fellowship, and the occasional sing-song! The group is keen to embrace new members who are in need of Christian fellowship!

Ongoing Vision

The ongoing vision for the Heritage Club is to encourage fellowship and communication amongst older Trinity church members, with a view to reaching out into the community, to friends and neighbours. Many of the Heritage Club members value the fellowship and find it encouraging to remember the good things God has done in their lives.
